Investment Approach

We focus on small to medium developments, with project GDVs ranging from £400,000 to £15,000,000, offering a variety of investment sizes. Each project is structured within a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) focusing dedicated resources on each development project to optimize returns and manage risks. Our projects include residential complexes and commercial properties in high-demand areas.
Demonstrating our dedication and confidence in our projects, Bretton Hill has directly invested over £3m in the last 24 months, cumulatively supporting a Gross Development Value exceeding £24m.
